"every woman needs a man"...ok sorry for these quotes. i am listening to the 80s music station on my digital cable. how great is that? love all those stations :) (so i dont know if anyone has noticed, but lately when i write anything on my site i never use capital letters and i use minimal punctuation. sometimes thats more work than its easy..habit makes me do such things and i spend a few seconds going back and changin it. why do i care? who knows. sure no one else does)


went to this benefit for....well i dont know what it was for, but i was helping someone. anyway, its called the "soup-er bowl". for $15 u get to pick a handmade bowl..then u get to pick samples of lotsa soup made by area restaurants. yum - especially during my latest soup kick, this was my night! well i was walking into the function and i hear "stacey". here it was my ex-boyfriend, gabe's, mom. (not sure how to do the punctuation in that last one - sure it was wrong, but u get the point right?) wow, havent seen her in what like 3 years or so. so that was strange. maybe its just me, but when I have had a good friendship/relationship with someone, its hard for me to forget about that person forever. so i called gabe. we'll see if he calls back. would just like to hear his voice. always got along and were friends long after we broke up. (i last dated gabe my senior year of college - thats a few years ago)

today must just me a nostalgic day for me. missing lots of people that i thought id never miss. honestly that scares me. i should move on to another thought. some people i miss id love to catch up with. others should just be left the way it is. hmmmm...
