post office hell

dont ever submit a request for your mail to be forwarded. i dont want to say too much about this now, because it will get me all fired up, but i submitted a request in the middle of may. my old post office got the request on may 17th. they began forwarding it but my new post office isnt getting it. so for a month now i have not been getting my mail. grrrr.

and the best part is i have spoken now to two supervisors at the post offices and they have no answers on how to fix it. there is no record in their system of my forwarding request and they have no idea where my mail is going. i have been told now to resubmit my forwarding request and have also been told to not submit it again. what am i to do. for real.

tomorrow i am calling the state rep. maybe he can do something for me. i want to write a letter of complaint to the main offices, but i cant find out where that is. why is the post office so secretive?? aaaahhh this is a nightmare!
