That is how much sleep I got last night. wow did it feel good.
After a day of white water rafting on the Lehigh River, I was tired, tired, tired. So we got into bed around 6:30pm, watched a little tv, read my book, and turned off the lights around 8:30pm. Halfway through the night, I woke up and realized I still had 4 more hours of sleep left. It was wonderful!
Every so often, it is my recommendation to go to bed very early and give your body the sleep it needs. Besides my sore back muscles (from rafting) I feel great today!
